How to use or order?
3 EASY STEPS
A) Click on SHOP and SELECT YOUR DIAMOND from the Diamond Search.
Almost all diamonds are certified by GIA ( Gem Institute of America ) GIA link on the Diamond search enables you to view and verify the GIA lab report from GIA website as well. You can also view a picture and a short video of the actual diamond for most diamonds in the Diamond Inventory over 0.50 carat size. Inventory is updated everyday. Make use of our Education link to learn more about diamonds in regards to 4-Cs and more.
B) SELECT YOUR MOUNTING / SETTING from Jewelry Collections viz Rings, Ear-rings, Pendants, Bracelets, Necklaces, etc. Most jewelry settings are available in 14 and 18 karat ( White, Yellow or Rose Gold ) and Platinum. New designs are added every month.
C) ( ADD TO CART AND MAKE PAYMENT )
COMPLETE INFO FOR CUSTOM SIZING, Metal Finish, etc and Address to be shipped to. You can also mention if it's a surprise, special occasion.
How Payment Works?
PAYMENT : ONCE THE ORDER IS COMPLETED AND PAYMENT VERIFICATION IS DONE AND ACCEPTED, AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE CUSTOMER WITH DETAILS OF ORDER PROCESSING. PAYMENT STAYS PENDING TILL THE AVAILABILITY IS CONFIRMED AND PROCESSED ONLY AFTER YOUR ORDERED ITEM IS SECURED EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOU.
How does Shipping work?
Shipping : A TRACKING NUMBER IS GENERATED AND EMAILED TO THE CUSTOMER ONCE THE SHIPMENT IS MADE so that you can track your shipment. Signature is required by the recipient for every shipment. It is mandatory. No shipment will be delivered without the recipient's signature.

Delivery : Expect your ordered item to be delivered to you within 10 days from the date your payment is processed. Special orders may take longer. You will be notified via email in such a case.
What is the Return Policy?
RETURN POLICY : In case of any return, the customer is required to call the Toll Free number of the Company ( Gemsparx, Inc ) given on the website and explain the reason the wish to return the purchased item. We would like to know this in order to improve our customer service please. After understanding over the phone, we pre-authorize your item to be returned back to our office within 10 DAYS FROM the Date the Item was delivered to you.
The customer is responsible to ship the purchased item back to us duly insured at his own expense when returning any merchandise. Once the item is received back with us within 10 days from delivery date, the item is thoroughly inspected and verified to be the same as shipped by us and in perfect order with no damage or tampering. Once the item is determined to be the same and found to be in perfect condition as shipped by us, the refund voucher is prepared and processed within 72 hours and your refund is made in full after deducting the Shipping and Insurance charge that Gemsparx, Inc incurred while shipping the item to you. No refunds will be made if the item purchased is not received back to our office within 10 days from the date it was delivered to the customer or determined to be not the same item that was shipped by us. No exceptions made. Please make a note of it. If the item is determined to be damaged or tampered with, full refund will not be made. The customer will be notified in case of the damage and / or tampering and the % fee charged for accepting the return in the given condition, which may vary from item to item based on its condition. All special order returns will be charged a re-stocking fee of a minimum of 15 %.
What is the Reward Program?
All customers who spend US $ 5,000/- or more within a period of 1 calendar year are eligible to earn rewards as discounts for future purchases.
