In case of any return, the customer is required to call the Toll Free number of the Company (Gemsparx, Inc) given on the website and explain the reason for returning the purchased item. We would like to know this in order to improve our customer service. After understanding over the phone, we shall pre-authorize your item to be returned back to our office WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM the Date the Item was delivered to you. The customer is responsible to ship the purchased item back to us duly insured at his own expense when returning any merchandise. Once the item is received back with us within 10 days from delivery date, the item is thoroughly inspected and verified to be the same as shipped by us and in perfect order with no damage or tampering. Once the item is determined to be the same and found to be in perfect condition as shipped by us, the refund voucher is prepared and processed within 72 hours and your refund is made in full after deducting the Shipping and Insurance charge that Gemsparx, Inc incurred while shipping the item to you. No refunds will be made if the item purchased is not received back to our office within 10 days from the date it was delivered to the customer or determined to be not the same item that was shipped by us. No exceptions made. Please make a note of it. If the item is determined to be damaged or tampered with, full refund will not be made. The customer will be notified in case of the damage and / or tampering and the %age fee charged for accepting the return in the given condition, which may vary from item to item based on its condition. All special order returns will be charged a restocking fee of a minimum of 15 %.
